Best Surgery I've ever used and ever likely to. All Doctors here have been A1 including the Receptionist.. Doctors actually Listen and treat me to a high standard, in a friendly and respectful manner.
Can never get an appointment when you need one. If you don't get through by 08:15am you won't get an appointment the same day. Phone for results, or emergency appointment phone just rings and rings. Hang up and phone back line busy. I'm positive the receptionist leaves the phone off the hook. Then they havn't got your results they need to be chased up. Always locum Dr's never the ones you want to see. Prescriptions are late or they get lost, just like the test results. One Dr didn't even sign my prescription the pharmacist had a good 5minute rant in the local pharmacy about the Drs in Rhos House. Not good service, when your not feeling well you don't need the hassle of Drs not doing their job. Not impressed with this surgery
