My mother is disabled and rather Ill. She moved here to be near me and required dental work. She had a veneer fitting that did not fit and you could see the tooth through it; she went back and he shaved her tooth down. She said to the receptionist that she wasn't happy but carried on (she isn't impolite). She called up for further treatment as it was bad as well as needed a denture. When she went; keeping in mind, she is disabled. He refused to treat her or fix the work that he had improperly done. He could have done this over the phone yet felt it proper to have someone disabled, to travel all the way down. He said it was because she said that she wasn't happy (to the receptionist). This left her unable to eat and having to find another dentist.
