Cheapest cars in the UK! Lie! They are excessively overpriced! The salesmen are like vultures and will not leave you alone for a minute. The quality of there so called 99 point check is questionable! Customer Care, well they dont! Go to a proper dealer or buy from Gumtree/Autotrader you will get a better deal!By putting that reply to my review it looks like you actually care. No surprise that you dont reply to my email. At least you are consistent in keeping your standards of customer care as bad as possible!
Spent 2 hours here. I was interested in a car which strangely had a sold sign in the window, later worked out that someone probably had the same experience as me and pulled out of the deal. I was told that the car had been fully checked and was a reliable cheap car, eventually I was left long enough to check the previous MOT history on gov.uk and found that the car was falling apart, rust which would require a lot of welding work. Totally disappointed and would never buy a car from these bunch of liars. Please check MOT history before buying a car from here because their checks aren't reliable .
Abercynon Store. Went in with family looking for a car. We weren't sure quite what we wanted and we don't like being pressured by sales people. Trade Centre Wales were fabulous: from Jason giving us enough information to get on with it, but remaining on hand when needed, and knowledgeable to answer any questions we had queries about, even arranging a test- drive to confirm we were happy. Chris promptly processed our paperwork, as did Keiran, who additionally assisted with car collection and how to use certain features on the vehicle before departure. Kelsey was also very helpful with additional paperwork at collections. Purchasing a car was less stress than we'd ever imagined. Thrilled with the vehicle and would definitely recommend to others.
Fantastic experience! Very helpful and made the car buying experience very easy and enjoyable. Jason Morgan was particularly fantastic! He had great chat and really found us the car we were looking for. He was honest and friendly throughout. Aaron and Katie made the finance side of the purchase smooth and hassle free for us.
